Three Vehicle Crash in Wood County

-There was a three vehicle crash on Highway 10 at the intersection of State Highway 186 in Wood County Sunday night.
According to the Wood County Sheriff’s Department, a car was traveling in the right-hand eastbound lane and the driver needed to make a left onto County Highway P. A semi was approaching the car from the rear. When the car made the turn it struck the semi on the passenger side.
The car was then struck by a van traveling eastbound on US Highway 10. The semi was partially blocking traffic. Those involved in the crash included Taylor Elmhorst, age 21 of Marshfield, Ronald Allen, age 52 of Westby, and Glenda Joch, age 61 of Arpin.
The driver of the rear ended vehicle was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.
Alcohol was not a factor in the crash, but the weather and road conditions were.
The Auburndale Fire Department and First Responders, Marshfield Ambulance, and Wood County Sheriff’s Department all responded to the incident.
