Bitter Cold Temps To Ring In 2013

Get ready for some cold temperatures as we head into 2013.
Lows tonight will be around 8 below zero while wind chills will fall to between 10 and 20 below zero tonight and will remain in the 10 to 20 below range through mid-morning on New Years Day with highs only reaching the low teens.
