Marshfield Man Arrested for Drug Trafficking

-A 26-year-old Marshfield man was arrested for drug trafficking activities.
The Marshfield Police Department, assisted by the Central and West Central Wisconsin Drug Force and the Wisconsin Department of Justice, had begun an investigation of Dusty Mayhone. He was arrested when he returned to his home after a visit to Chicago.
Police simultaneously executed a search warrant of Mayhone’s residence as well as the residence of a couple close associates, a 23-year-old woman and her 26-year-old boyfriend who lives in Granton.
Mayhone has prior drug convictions in Clark County and Eau Claire County.
Mayhone has charges of possession with intent to deliver over 66 grams of heroin and possession of marijuana. The heroine charge could net Mayhone a sentence of 40 years in prison and a fine of one hundred thousand dollars.
Police are continuing the investigation.
