-The final man involved in the home invasion that took place in February of this year has reached a plea deal with prosecutors.

Cody Copeland-Struensee was the getaway drive for Alexander Lee and Robert Stargardt after they entered the home of Lance Poeschel and viciously attacked him with a pipe and bat and stole several items from him.

Struensee has five total charges filed against him. Three of them are felony charges of armed robbery, burglary of a building or dwelling, and substantial battery. The other two are misdemeanor charges of receiving stolen property and theft of moveable property.

In court on Thursday, with his attorney Robert Thorson and District Attorney Darwin Zwieg, Struensee did plead no contest to the substantial battery charge and the receiving stolen property charge. Judge Jon Counsell found him guilty of the charges and the other three were dismissed but read into the record.

A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered and Struensee will be sentenced in February.
