-A Greenwood man will be going to trial for drug charges.

In mid-August, the Clark County Sheriff’s department did a fly over of a suspected marijuana grow in Clark County.

A photo of the Steve and Beverly Kelly farm showed green plants growing between round bales. A trail camera was set-up and photos were taken of the couple caring for the plants.

Steve Kelley appeared in court on Friday with his attorney Leon Schmidt. District Attorney Darwin Zwieg appeared for the state. Steve Kelley has one felony charge of manufacturing THC filed against him. Judge Jon Counsel set Kelley’s trial for the beginning of February.

Steve’s wife Beverly Kelley has the same felony charge filed against her. She will appear in court again in mid-January for arraignment.
