Greenwood Woman Has Court Appearance

-A Greenwood woman made an appearance in Clark County Court on Thursday.
In mid-August, the Clark County Sheriff’s department did a fly over of a suspected marijuana grow in Clark County.
A photo of the Steve and Beverly Kelly farm showed green plants growing between round bales. A trail camera was set-up and photos were taken of the couple caring for the plants.
During a preliminary hearing in Clark County Court Thursday, testimony was taken and the case is bound for further court proceedings.
Kelley’s husband Steve will appear in Clark County Court today for a status conference.
