Dean of Students Reports at Recent Owen-Withee School Board Meeting

-The Owen-Withee High School Dean of Students, Brain Lewison, gave a report at the recent Owen-Withee School Board meeting.
Brian reported that the end of the first quarter and mid-quarter parent-teacher conferences are being held on December 3rd.
He also mentioned the start of the winter sport practices which included wrestling for the first time in many years and the joint high school band and chorus concert will be held on Sunday, December 9 at 2:00 PM.
Finally, he said testing day was held in the Jr/Sr High on Tuesday, Nov. 6th and was a big success for students and teachers.
A couple committee reports were also given at the meeting. The policy committee will meet on Wednesday, December 5 at 5:00 PM in the High School Conference room to begin work on the 400 Series, the Students portion.
The 400 series is a lengthy set of policies that will take 2 or 3 meetings to review. The board is hoping the committee will be ready for full review in January or February.
