House Fire in Black River Falls

-A fire broke out in a home near Black River Falls.
The family home is located in the Township of Manchester in Jackson County.
According to a report, the family, and owners, of the home were preparing Thanksgiving dinner when they heard a fire burning in the attic, above the kitchen.
The fire department believes it was an electrical issue that started the fire.
The house did have significant water and smoke damage, but an estimate of the damage is unknown.
The Red Cross was called to assist the family.
