Marshfield Man Sentenced to 90 Months in Prison

-A Marshfield man will spend almost eight years in prison for possession of child pornography.
An undercover officer downloaded several videos from a file sharing program the suspect was using back in February of 2011.
A search warrant was executed and 49-year-old Bryan Erbst’s computer and other equipment was seized.
After the computer was analyzed, numerous pornographic videos and images of children were found.
In addition to his 90 month sentence, Erbst must forfeit his computer and other equipment that contained the images. He also has to pay 4,000 dollars to each victim.
This prison term is to be followed by a lifetime period of supervised release.
