Wisconsin Rapids Man Turns Himself In

-Wisconsin Rapids Police say that the 31-year-old Wisconsin Rapids man that they were pursuing has turned himself into authorities.
Wood County authorities received a report just after 9:00pm on Wednesday from a young girl that Matthew Fosnot had tried to sexually assault her mother at her home on Grand Avenue.
When police arrived at the home they were told that Fosnot had a gun and he would “die in a gun battle.”
Fosnot was taken into custody voluntarily and without incident by authorities in Tomah on Thursday.
