-A Neillsville man was found guilty to the charge of endangering safety in Clark County Court on Wednesday.

Eric Ostrander got into a fight with his wife last December and fired a handgun out his door.

A neighbor who lived close by said the bullet came through a kitchen window and hit just above a living room doorway. No one was hurt in that incident.

Ostrander did plead guilty to the charge of endangering safety with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct. A charge of 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety was dismissed but read into the record.

He owes the court over 500 dollars in fines, is on six months’ probation, and must undergo any counseling deemed necessary.
