-A Loyal woman has been found guilty of disorderly conduct.

The initial charge against Miranda Dolle was for child neglect after her child was found wandering the streets of Loyal partially naked with fecal matter stuck to him. Dolle was found asleep in her apartment, unaware that the child had left.

At a recent court appearance, evidence that was obtained during a search of her apartment had been thrown out due to the fact that a warrant was not obtained after it was discovered Dolle was fine.

Due to the lack of evidence, Assistant District Attorney Richard Lewis dropped the charge down to a disorderly conduct.

Dolle entered a plea of guilty and she owes the court over two hundred dollars in fines.
