Memorial Medical Center Foundation Funds Project for Physical Therapy Department

-The Memorial Medical Center Foundation is proud to announce the funding of a new project at MMC for the Physical Therapy Department.
“The waiting room chairs in our Physical Therapy department were horrible” commented Mark Reinhardt, Physical Therapist. “We wanted to provide our patients with new, more comfortable, chairs for their pre-appointment visit. For this reason, we applied for funding through the MMC Foundation.”
The Physical Therapy department requested funds from the Memorial Medical Center Foundation to purchase the new chairs in May of 2012.
The Foundation Board of Directors unanimously voted to approve the funding. “This is exactly the type of project the Foundation wants to fund,” stated Shelley Janke, Foundation Manager. “Direct patient care is our #1 priority.”
