Third Home Invasion Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

-A Clark County man allegedly involved in the home invasion here in Neillsville made an appearance in Clark County Court.
Cody Copeland-Struensee is accused of being the getaway driver for Alexander Lee and Robert Stargardt after they allegedly broke into the home of Lance Poeschel and viciously beat him with a pipe and bat while he slept.
Struensee appeared with his attorney Robert Thorson. They waived the reading of the complaint and entered a not guilty plea.
Struensee has a future court date of August.
