Grassland Offers Healthy Alternative for Butter

-Grassland Dairy, here in Clark County, will start production on a new butter product.
Grassland Dairy Products announced it will start producing organic butter.
Organic butter is an unsalted product created to meet the needs of foodservice professionals and others who are looking for great tasting butter made with healthier ingredients. The all-natural organic butter has no trans-fat and is gluten-free.
The organic butter has been certified by Quality Assurance International, a USDA-accredited certifying agent, whose programs verify organic integrity at each link of the product chain, which helps to assure compliance to meet and exceed organic standards.
Grassland says the butter will be sold in conveniently packaged one pound portions with 18 units per case.
