Neillsville Legion Splits With Black River Falls

The Neillsville Legion baseball team split a doubleheader with the Black River Falls Legion team on Tuesday.
Neillsville won the first game with a score of 7 – 6 in extra innings. Neal Matson picked up the win. Jason Kurth and Neal Matson both doubled for Neillsville.
In the 2nd game Neillsville came back after a 4-0 deficit only to lose in extra innings 6 -5. Sam Neville took the loss. Sam Neville ended the evening batting 4-6 with a double.
