Suspicious Man Lurking Around Fox Hollow Drive Days Before Koula Murders

-Two witnesses that worked at Syl’s Place, a bar located on Fox Hollow Drive, said they saw an unusual guy days before the murders of Dennis and Merna Koula.
The first witness, Paul Bagstad a cook at the bar, said there was a car in the parking lot of Syl’s when he got to work at 3:30, which he noted as “unusual.”
He said there was a guy standing outside the car smoking and looking down Fox Hollow Drive.
Bagstad testified that the man then came into the bar, made no eye contact, didn’t acknowledge anybody, and went into the bath room for 30 to 45 minutes. He didn’t purchase any food or drink as well.
Noting how odd that was he tried to get the man’s license plate number, but he was too far away by the time he looked. He was unable to get a good description as the man wore a hoodie with the hood up.
Linda Reedy, the owner of Syl’s also said that was odd, however, state attorney Tim Gruenke said that in her statement to police she called the man a “bathroom user.”
Linda said a “bathroom user” is someone that will come in, use the bathroom and leave without any purchase, like this man did.
