Neighbor Testifies He Saw Koula's After Authorities Believed They Were Dead

-A neighbor testified that he believes he saw Dennis and Merna Koula walking outside their house hours after authorities believe they were killed.
Jeff Elliott was waxing his truck about 8 p.m. when he looked to the back of the Koulas' Fox Hollow Drive house and saw "who I thought was Dennis and Merna and two other people out there.”
"What time was that?” defense attorney Jim Koby asked.
“Approximately 8 p.m.," Elliott said.
Elliott arrived at the time of 8:00 because he didn't see the Koulas until after he bought truck wax at 7:27 p.m.
“How confident are you that the person you saw was Dennis?” Koby continues.
“As I said in my statements, 90 percent," Elliott said.
Elliott said on cross-examination that "it's possible" he's wrong and also that "it's possible" he blended together two memories.
