Girls State Softball Tournament Gets Underway Today

The 37th Annual WIAA Softball State Tournament will get underway today at the Goodman Diamond on the University of Wisconsin campus in Madison.
Division 1
Quarterfinals:
Chippewa Falls 18 (26-2) vs. Hamilton 2 (16-10) 5inn.
Appleton East 1 (24-4) vs. Westosha Central 0 (22-7) 9 inn.
Sun Prairie 10 (23-3) vs. Franklin 0 (22-7) 6 inn.
Game-4: Stevens Point (22-5) vs. Germantown (23-4) - Approx. 3:30 p.m.
DIVISION 2
Semifinals:
Game-1: Baldwin-Woodville (26-1) vs. West De Pere (19-9) - 6 p.m.
Game-2: Monroe (21-7) vs. Plymouth (22-6) - Approx. 8 p.m.
