Wood County Men Plead Not Guilty in Home Invasion

-Three Wood County men have pleaded not guilty to charges filed against them in Wood County Court.
The three men have been accused of assaulting a Pittsville man and his wife back in March. The couple said that they were hit and punched by the three men and the injured man went to the hospital with minor injuries.
Jamie Mallory, age 19, Jared Voss, age 24, and Josiah Voss, age 21, all waived their right to a preliminary hearing.
They are being charged with two counts of being a party to the crime of felony battery and one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
Wood County Circuit Judge Greg Potter scheduled the next appearance for July 27.
