Greenwood Wins Regional Title

The Greenwood Indian baseball won the Regional Title after a 3-0 win over Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran on Wednesday.
The top ranked Indians (23-0)scored all three of their runs in the bottom of 6th inning to down the Lancers and capture the Division 4 Regional Title Plaque.
Wes Wuetrich pitched a complete game shutout, striking out 12, walking 5 and giving up just 4 hits for the win.
Greenwood will now take on Pepin/Alma in the Sectional Semi-Final on Tuesday afternoon at Bruce at 1:15 pm. You can hear the action live on 1370 AM WCCN.
