UPDATE: Eric Koula Motion Hearings

-UPDATE: The motion hearing that was scheduled yesterday afternoon for the Eric Koula trial has been canceled.
Instead, two new hearing had been scheduled for today at 4:00 and Friday at 4:00. Now, however, there is just on hearing scheduled for today at 4:00.
Eric Koula has been accused of murdering his parents for financial reasons. In the previous motion hearing, defense and state attorneys argued back and forth regarding whether evidence should be allowed including expert testimony and clothing.
The trial is still set to start on June 4th and we will keep you posted on any further changes.
