Neillsville CCD Teacher Receives Recognition for 40 Years of Service

-A Neillsville CCD Volunteer received recognition for 40 years of service to the CCD program.
Phyliss Carny has been teaching CCD for many years and it all started when Father Brady asked for volunteers during the service. "They were looking for a second grade teacher and I thought that it was something I would like to do."
Phyliss said, "I really enjoy working with the kids the most. They are very open to everything and I get a lot of pleasure when the kids get it."
Phyliss said she doesn’t plan to stop her work with the CCD any time soon. "I'm in good health and as long as they don't throw me out and still need me, I'll continue to do it."
