-A Loyal woman made an initial appearance in Clark County Court yesterday.

Miranda Dolle, age 25, is being charged with child neglect after her child entered a bar alone and partially naked on March 3rd. When they went to find the child's mother, they found her asleep and the home was in an unsanitary condition. Dolle said that she thought a babysitter was watching the child.

Richard Lewis appeared on behalf of the state and Damon Stichert appeared in defense of Dolle. Stichert told the court they were going to waive the reading of the complaint. A signature bond was set at $1,000.

Dolle will appear in court again in June.
