Third Home Invasion Suspect has Charges Filed Against Him

-The third and final suspect allegedly involved in the beating of a local man has had charges filed against him.
Cody Copeland-Struensee is accused of being the getaway driver for Alexander Lee and Robert Stargardt after they allegedly broke into the home of Lance Poeschel and viciously beat him while he slept.
Poeschel was struck numerous times with a metal pipe and bat in early February and had several items stolen from his home. He suffered broken bones, but has recovered since then.
Poeschel was attacked after he told Alexander Lee that he needed to move out of a home they shared.
Struensee will make his initial appearance in Clark County Court in June.
