Clark County Jail Closer to Winning Grant

-The Clark County Jail is one step closer to winning a $25,000 grant with a vote on Facebook.
According to WEAU, the jail is one of 100 finalists in the State Farm Cause and Effect program. Grant funding is awarded exclusively through Facebook voting.
The jail says it would use the money for its Page Forward Volunteer Program, which helps inmates earn their GED.
