Papers Filed for Fall Election for District Attorney

-Lyndsey Brunette of the Clark County Corporation Counsel has filed papers to run in the fall elections as Clark County District Attorney.
In case you didn’t know, the Corporation Counsel is the county's civil attorney. While the District Attorney's Office now only handles criminal violations, juvenile delinquencies and citations in which there is an underlying state charge, as in traffic violations, the balance of the county's legal work is the responsibility of the Corporation Counsel.
