Charges Filed Against Wood County Residents

-Three Wood County residents have had charges filed against them regarding a home invasion in Pittsville.
In March, Wood County Deputies had received a report that three males broke into a Pittsville home and assaulted Jeremiah Stebbins and Cori Stebbins the owners of the home. Jeremiah was transported to the St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield for head injuries.
The three male suspects were located and taken into custody. The suspects include 19 year old Jamie Mallory of Babcock, 20 year old Josiah Voss of Wisconsin Rapids, and 24 year old Jared Voss of Pittsville.
They are being charged with substantial battery and disorderly conduct.
All three individuals have a court date set for May 7th in the Wisconsin Rapids Courthouse.
