Second Suspect in Neillsville Home Invasion Makes Court Appearance

-An individual involved in a home invasion, burglary, and assault, which occurred here in Neillsville, made his initial court appearance yesterday.
Robert Stargardt was an accomplice with Alexander Lee; both individuals entered the home of Lance Poeschel in the early morning hours on February 10th and viciously attacked him with a metal pipe and bat because Poeschel had kicked Lee out of the home they shared. They stole several items when the attack was over.
Stargardt appeared via video from the Clark County Jail. His attorney, Christine Kuczynski waived his preliminary hearing and future court dates of April 20th and April 26th were set.
