Tax Filing Deadline Just Under a Month Away

-The tax filing deadline is April 17 this year, which is just under a month away.
State revenue officials are encouraging people to electronically file their taxes online now. The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) reminds residents that you can have your refund deposited directly into your account within days when you e-file, and there are online payment options if you owe taxes.
DOR offers free e-filing for state tax returns from its secure, confidential website.
The DOR website has information and a variety of self-service options to help you file your return. You will find links to forms, instructions, common questions, and helpful videos.
