The Highground Holds Luncheon for Porch Greeters

-The Highground held their Porch Greeter Luncheon on Tuesday.
Sixty returning Porch Greeters and newcomers were welcomed by Volunteer General Manager Kirk Rodman at The Highground Learning Center. After a wonderful lunch, Volunteer Coordinator Joyce Witt talked about what a Porch Greeter does on The Highground.
Plaques and gifts were presented to some of the Greeters for their volunteer hours of service during 2011. In keeping with their 2003 promise, The Highground remembered the Wisconsin men and women killed in action in Iraq and Afghanistan.
