Second Suspect in Home Invasion Charged

-A second suspect is charged in connection with the brutal beating of a man in Clark County.
Robert Stargardt is accused of attacking Lance Poeschel while he was sleeping. Poeschel says he was struck twenty-to-thirty times with an aluminum baseball bat and a metal pipe. He suffered four broken bones and other injuries.
The other suspect, Alexander Lee, allegedly planned the attack because he was upset that Poeschel had recently forced him to move out of the home they shared. Lee and Stargardt are charged with felony battery and other crimes.
Stargardt has a future court date of March 29th.
