Preliminary Hearing Held for Home Invasion Suspect

-Alexander Lee had his preliminary hearing on Friday
Lee is being charges with armed robbery, battery, and other charges because of his part in a vicious home invasion that took place in early February.
The preliminary hearing was waived and so was the reading of the information. Lee was advised of his rights and then his attorney, John Bachman, requested a speedy trial for his client.
Lee then pleaded not guilty on all counts. A pre-trial conference is set for April 23rd.
