Old Man Winter Strikes Wisconsin

-Old man winter is giving us one more show!
The large storm that was forecasted earlier this week has finally made its way into Wisconsin. It started in our area in the afternoon hours yesterday. A wintery mix has fallen in our area, including snow, rain, and sleet.
Many schools are closed today due to the vicious weather and so are many area events. Excel Energy, has reported that in the Ladysmith, Barren, Eau Claire, Menominee, and even in the Neillsville area, there are some homes without power.
There is a winter storm watch for our area until 6 pm tonight, however the precipitation is supposed to be the worst this morning and then start to dissipate in the afternoon. Road conditions are very treacherous in some spots, so if you are out this morning, please be cautious.
