Neillsville Chamber Director Talks About Winter Carnival

-The City of Neillsville’s 42nd Annual Winter Carnival is just a day away.
I had an opportunity to talk with Deanna Heiman, the Neillsville Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, about the carnival and why it has such a lasting appeal.
She said, "that it's a signature event that everybody looks forward too. It's been going on for many years and everybody can find some event that appeals to them. People enjoy watching the events and it's just good, clean, family fun."
Deanna also went on to say just how much work goes into the carnival and how it is handled by the Winter Carnival Committee and various sub-comittees.
She also said that she likes all the events, new and old, and she knows everyone is going to have a fun time.
