NEILLSVILLE F.D. CALLED TO SEMI FIRE

A semi caught fire at a busy Neillsville intersection Wednesday.
Assistant Fire Chief Bill Poeschel says the Fire Department was dispatched to the corner of Division Street and Grand Avenue at around 4:50 p.m.
The fire was located in the brake system of the vehicle.
Poeschel says they spent about one half-hour on the scene, and the fire caused moderate damage to the rig.
