A new report indicates it’s still a buyer’s real estate market.

The Wisconsin Realtors Association’s monthly report indicates home sales were up 31% in August, compared to August 2010, but the median price was down 7.3% to $139,000.

In Clark County, 24 homes were sold last month, up 380% from last year, when only five homes changed hands. The median price of homes sold in Clark County last month was 130,000, well above the year-to-date average of $75,000.

So far this year, there have been 119 home sales in Clark County, up 31% from last year.
