MAN CITED FOR DUMPING BEER ON LAWMAKER

A Racine man faces a charge of disorderly conduct after allegedly spilling a beer on a state lawmaker's head.
An area lawmaker received some collateral splashing.
Authorities say Miles Kristan, 26, dumped the beer on the head of Rep. Rob Vos Wednesday night at a Madison night spot.
He turned himself in on Thursday.
Beer also splashed onto two other lawmakers, including Rep. Scott Suder of Abbotsford.
No fine has been set yet for Kristan. He's due in court Oct. 10.
