STORM DAMAGE UPDATE

Officials with the National Weather Service in La Crosse are going to tour the damage from yesterday’s storms this morning.
Clark County Emergency Management Director Michelle Hartness will meet with them north of Chili.
Hartness says about 1,500 residents were without power after the storms moved through yesterday evening at around 5:30 p.m. All but about six have had power restored.
There’s still about one mile of power line down.
Clark Electric is estimating they sustained about $100,000 of damage. Xcel Energy could not be reached for comment.
