NEILLSVILLE'S SEASON ENDS AT NECEDAH

The Neillsville girls softball saw their 13 game win streak and season come to an end at Necedah yesterday in the Sectional Semi-final vs. Stevens Point Pacelli 6-0. The Warriors (18-7) could only muster 2 hits and and couple of walks against the Cardinals Laura Raflik who ended with 9 strikeouts. Neillsville was unable to get a runner past second base. Pacelli (25-0) meanwhile pounded out 9 hits and used a 4 run 3rd inning to solidify the win. Pacelli nows moves on the play Iola-Scandanavia in the Sectional Final on Friday at Pacelli.
