LOYAL TEACHERS, SCHOOL BOARD REACH AGREEMENT

Nearly a year-and-a-half after their last teacher contract expired, the Loyal School Board could ratify a new deal tonight (Wednesday).
The board will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. According to the agenda, the board will meet in closed session to discuss the 2009-2011 Loyal Education Association Master Agreement and staffing issues.
The board will reconvene into open session to ratify the agreement.
