TWISTERS GALORE IN MINNESOTA

In most years, Minnesota isn’t exactly tornado alley, but it sure was in 2010.
Minnesota led the nation with 145 tornadoes. Texas was a distant second with only 105.
Wisconsin tied for sixth place with 68 twisters.
Minnesota only had 24 tornadoes in 2009 and 43 in 2008.
