UNBEATENS BATTLE IN BLACK RIVER FALLS

It's Neillsville vs. Belleville in the championship game of the Black River Falls Tournament tonight in girls basketball. Neillsville (5-0) downed the home team Tigers last night 55-20 while Belleville (6-0) downed Independence 48-36. The Belleville Wildcats come out of the Capitol-South Conference where they are currently 2-0. They are led by Senior guard Quinn Rear who's averaging just under 14 points a game. Neillsville is led by Freshman Jenny Lindner who's averaging just under 18 points a game. Game time tonight is 7 pm and the game can be heard live on 92.7 FM WPKG. The consolation game at 5 pm will have Black River Falls going against Independence.
