CATTLE LOST IN GREENWOOD BARN FIRE

A barn was severely damaged by a fire southwest of Greenwood Friday afternoon.
The fire was located on Fairgrounds Avenue in the Town of Eaton.
According to Neillsville Fire Chief Matt Meyer, Neillsville, Loyal and Owen-Withee Fire Departments assisted the Greenwood Fire Department fight the blaze.
A number of cattle were lost in the fire. Meyer says a portion of the structure was saved.
