MARSHFIELD WOMAN CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH O.D. DEATH

A Marshfield woman charged with contributing to an Auburndale woman’s death made her initial appearance Monday in Wood County Circuit Court.
Authorities say 42-year-old Hollie Bowden sold 36-year-old Melissa Christensen 35 Oxycodone pills. Christensen died the next day. Bowden is charged with first-degree reckless homicide through delivery of drugs. If convicted, she faces a maximum of 40 years in prison.
