It was a smelly situation in Wisconsin Rapids yesterday as a truck accidentally dumped animal carcasses on the Riverview Expressway. It's not clear how it happened. Traffic was down to one lane while police were called to the area. A clean-up crew was dispatched to remove the remains. The truck driver could be cited for failing to secure his load
