A Fairchild man says he’s not guilty of robbing a Neillsville home at gunpoint.

Authorities say Justin Farmer and his girlfriend, Desiree Johnson, broke into a home on 14th Street early in the morning of Friday, June 11. Farmer pointed a gun at one of the residents and bound two people with duct tape.

Farmer faces 10 charges, including armed robbery with the threat of force and false imprisonment. Johnson is charged as a “party to the crime” on two felonies and 2 misdemeanors.

At an arraignment Thursday, Farmer stood mute to the charges before him and not guilty pleas were entered on his behalf.

Farmer also filed a motion seeking a new judge.
