CLARK CO. RECORDS 3RD TRAFFIC FATALITY

The Clark County Sheriff’s Department has released the name of the 23-year old Loyal woman killed in an accident Tuesday morning. Katherine Decker was the lone occupant of a vehicle that rolled into a ditch on STH 98, two miles west of Spencer. This is the third traffic fatality on Clark County roads this year.
