The next court date has been set for a 28-year-old Fairchild man accused of an armed robbery in Neillsville.

Authorities say Justin Farmer and his girlfriend, Desiree Johnson, broke into a home on 14th Street early in the morning of Friday, June 11. Farmer pointed a gun at one of the residents and bound two people with duct tape.

Farmer faces 10 charges, including armed robbery with the threat of force and false imprisonment. Johnson is charged as a “party to the crime” on two felonies and 2 misdemeanors.

A preliminary hearing for Farmer has been set for August 9th. Johnson’s case is set for a status conference on Thursday. Both remain held on bond in the Clark County Jail.
