30 DAYS JAIL FOR CHILD PORN VIEWER

A Neillsville man will spend 30 days in jail, and three-years on probation after pleading guilty to a child porn charge this morning.
67-year-old William Bender was charged after the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation turned up images on his computer of prepubescent boys and girls engaging in graphic sexual acts.
Today was set aside for a motions hearing in the case, but Bender reached a plea agreement instead.
Conditions of his probation include having no access to a computer and receiving counseling. He’s to a pay a $250 and court costs.
